Klub is a cohort-based learning platform for Web3 skills. With Klub we are growing user adoption and expanding the talent pool that is building our future in Web3.

Our multi-week programs (a.k.a. Klubs) support the most talented founders, creators, developers & operators on their path forward. Klub is combining learning with doing and providing access to both know-how and a supportive community.

Cohort learning allows people to learn and develop around a collaborative goal. As we are transitioning to a world increasingly built on Web3, people and organizations will require new knowledge to stay relevant.

We believe that Web3 will play a central role in scaling not only our own platform but communities & learning in general.

Our Klubs are 4-6 weeks long and comprised of masterclasses, AMA’s & peer-to-peer learning.

Our Story:

Who?

In 2012 we set out on our mission to ”help people and organizations become futureproof”. Over the past decade, we took great pleasure in hosting up to 20,000+ people at our annual flagship festival in Berlin that Bloomberg called "The SXSW of Europe. Only with more Hefeweizen!"

Crypto has been part of TOA’s programming since 2013 when Gavin Wood presented a new paradigm for open innovation at our Berlin edition. Ethereum launched later that summer and the rest is history. Our first crypto satellite event featuring a rising star named Bitcoin also took place that year.

From 2016–2018, blockchain and crypto became the most ubiquitous themes at our conferences (measured by the number of talks per theme) and we ran our first dedicated TOA Blockchain Conference. When ICOs took center stage we began to entertain the idea of tokenizing our festival to get our community involved with real skin in the game and to find a way to better align the interests of all participants of TOA. In 2017 we started a crypto podcast series.
